By booking cleaning services with EFC you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our website.
   
• The customer must ensure access to the premises at the agreed time. If access is not available, a call-out fee may apply.
   

• Prices are quoted based on the type, size, and condition of the property.
   
• All payments must be made on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
   
• We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or approved card systems.
   

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
   
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of [e.g., £20 or 50% of the service fee].
   

• Please secure valuables and fragile items before cleaning begins.
   
• Clearly communicate any specific cleaning requests or problem areas before the service starts.
